Prescribed exercise can be something as simple as Qi Gong breathing exercise to help decrease stress or pain. It could also be a series of stretches or exercises to get your body functioning better. I want to put together exercises right for you based on your movement, your problem, and the time available in your schedule. Having exercises to complement your treatments can get you feeling better faster and help keep you that way.
